  • What services does Evolve Fitness & Performance offer?

    We offer personalized programming, Personal Training, Nutrition guidance, Group Fitness, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning, and a supplement range. Our gym is a family-run business catering to everyone.

  • What are the gym’s hours of operation?

    Our standard hours are:

    • Monday & Tuesday: 10:30AM – 7 PM
    • Wednesday: 10AM-2PM
    • Thursday: 2PM – 7PM
    • Friday: 7AM – 12PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12 PM
    • Sunday: Unmanned
  • How can I join Evolve Fitness & Performance?

    You can sign up for a membership by visiting our gym in person or through our website. We offer various membership options to suit your needs.

  • Do you offer free trials?

    No, we don’t offer free trials for new members as we believe you are unable to experience our service to the fullest. 

  • Do you offer casual visits? 

    Yes! We most certainly do! Our casual visits are just $20! 

  • Can I bring my children to the gym?

    Unfortuently no. We do offer specific classes and programs designed for parents and children, like our mums & mini classes which run in blocks. We strive to create a family-friendly environment.

  • Do you provide personal training, and how much does it cost?

    Yes, we offer personal training services. Pricing varies based on the trainer and the package you choose. Please contact us for detailed information on personal training rates.

  • What facilities are available at Evolve Fitness & Performance?

    Our gym features a variety of workout equipment ranging from weight plate loaded machines and pin loaded machines, to cable stations, a group fitness area, and amenities like showers and lockers.

  • How can I access the 'PROJECT U COACHING' app?

    The ‘PROJECT U COACHING’ app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices. It offers training, nutrition, and personal growth resources for our members and 1:1 clients.

  • Are there any age restrictions for joining the gym?

    Members must be at least 14 years old to join. Minors aged 14-17 need parental consent.

  • Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

    Yes, members can freeze their membership for a certain period due to medical reasons or other valid circumstances. 

    To cancel your membership (if outside of term), please provide a written notice 30 days in advance. Contact our front desk for assistance with these processes.
